Windows Update not working

Hi

 

My PC is not running Windows Update automatically or manually. On downloading Update Troubleshooter and running same, it aborts after some time giving the following error code

 

0x803C0103

 

 

Dont know whether it is a malaware or not. I have run antivirus (Mcafee and Malwarebyte licensed verisons) and also reset Chrome Settings but problem continues

 

 

Pls help
