My Acer Laptop with Windows 10 professional install, has been trying to install this update for 3 months. It attemps to install it every day and fails. I have tried the troubleshooter. Is there anyway to resolve this without reistalling windows? Is Microsoft working on this problem? My computer re-downloads the update daily and it runs slow slow slow. Does anyone have a pointer?
