Hello, I need help, I tried everything that I know, I'm not a computer fixer. I have windows 7 Home Premium, 32 bit. A few years ago I upgraded from XP. I had 1 problem, my DVD drive didn't work. (I have a CD also) No problem I wasn't planning on burning anything. I now want to use it, the things that I have found...There isn't a red or yellow marker, it is listed in Device Manager, I have uninstalled, installed more then once. I have ran a Hardware and Devices scan told me a problem with the driver for Microsoft Tunneling Adapter, they apply the fix, not fixed, Reinstall device driver. In System Information it is listed but it is disabled. I am really wanting to erase my hard drive, but I can't use the DVD driver?

Help?

Flo
