Windows Update; can't update, shows error 0x80070643

I'm trying to download and install both updates KB4023057 and KB4013214 on Windows 10 via Windows Update but everytime I do it I get the 0x80070643 error and I just don't know how to solve it. I read other threads here about similar problems but none of the solutions presented worked in my situation.
