windows 10 Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB4033637) - Error 0x800703f1

Hi,

 

 

I have this recurring failed update.

 

I have searched through Microsoft help and trouble shooting and have been unsuccessful in fixing this.

 

I have uninstalled the update, re-downloaded it with anti virus off and run - still failed.

 

Today i found another bit of advice to try via command prompt - still failed.

 

 

This has been plaguing me since November, not sure if code has changed since but keeps trying and failing then rolling back every few days.

 

 

I am not a computer wizard but have 3 other household computers which all are fine. Any help appreciated.
