Microsoft isn't good with updates

So i heard of 3d paint...I love the idea guys thank you so much! :) but...i need that dang new update to be able to get it i tried updating but it hung at 83% ALL night which has happened to me before...so i shut down my laptop (did you know its safe to do that during SOME updates?) and i tried to update again...it did not work...I really want to use paint 3d but some crappy update wont let me ugh...I really need help with this...Updates are not meant to not work on some pcs jeez!

 

 

Specs: Windows ten home (Upgraded from windows 8.1)

 

System Model HP Pavilion 17 Notebook PC

 

 

14393.1480 is the os build...

 

 

I really hope you guys can figure this out...
