A Windows Media Digital Rights Management (DRM) component encountered a problem. Contact Microsoft Product Support.

 

 

I have been getting this message when I try to play music (wma) files that I've already downloaded from Napster/Rhapsody. I am also now unable to download songs from Napster. I am a Napster monthly subscriber. This started about 10 days to two weeks ago.

 

 

What do I need to do to correct this issue?
