dell laptop d630 running windows 7 premium with service pack 1 installed , issue It will not update I have been told I need to

 

install rollup-update-for-windows-7-sp-1-and-windows-server-2008-r2.

 

I cant download anything on the d630 so I would have to use my windows 10 laptop to download the file where can I get the instructions

 

for this, I don't want mess up my windows 10 laptop
