vista and o2 mobile broadband problem

Hi, im new here and also new to using vista, the problem i have is that on my account (administrator) the moblie o2 dongle works fine but when my girlfriend logs in to her account she cannot get onto the internet, the o2 icon is on the dektop but nothing happens when it is clicked, also the dongle should flash green when its ready and it only flashes red, is there some sort of fault on her account, any help greatly appreciated

I am not that familiar with Vista but you apparently did not apply the O2 setup to all accounts. You may have to look into the settings on your network and duplicate them in the other account. There may be a way to do that automatically but I am not aware of it. A vista user may.

BeeCeeBee is right - you have to install the driver software with admin rights - or you may require admin rights to use it.
