2 Problems here, much help appreciated.

My pc is randomly freezing, only started a few days ago, I can my pc regulary, I have no spyware etc. any suggestions?

Also this evening I went to download a game and when i clicked the download it didnt like me choose where to save it and it stayed at 0%

What about download a anti virus software and scanning your disk

I've got the newest Norton, scanned it and nothing found on a full system scan

try doing an online scan, check that the cpu is not overheating or getting too hot, make sure all the fans are working. or if all else fails try a system restore to an earlier date when it did not freeze . hope this helps
