Everytime I try install Flash Player it says my hard drive is too full. However I have two hard drives and they both have enough memory on them 47% and 98%. I have Internet Explorer 7 but nothing seems to be working at all.

I also installed the lastest Java but when I go onto internet options onto advance it says Java requires restart, I have done this but still it keeps saying this. Can someone please help.

Big Problems With Microsoft

I have had alot of problems with Microsoft lately. For some reason I can not download anything from their website. I tried downloading Windows Defender but that just seems not to work, everytime I try it just loads up a blank page.

I also can't seem to download Flash Player aswell because it says my hard drive is too full even though it isn't.

When I click on Windows Update on my computer, that doesn't seem to work either, it jsut loads up Google. I haven't got a clue what is happening. Someone PLEASE help its starting to get very annoying now. Thanks

When you say that nothing is working, what precisely do you mean? You are here now so unless you are on a different machine you clearly have the ability to browse.

Are your problems related just to Flash and Java? What malware protection are you using and have you downloaded anything new from the internet recently? Have you added any hardware?

I assume you mean PCguard offered by Virgin Media.

We need to know a bit about how you use your computer. Try looking at the questions I asked you. Do you download files from the internet? Other than the ability to download and install the flash player or Java, is there anything else wrong with you Internet Explorer?
