My Documents permissions in Windows 2003

We have a terminal services environment, and everybody's 'My Documents'

folder is redirected to a central location. When they log onto a Windows

2000 TS, they can right click and access the properties of that folder. When

they long onto a Windows 2003, they can't right click on it. I am wondering

what the permission difference could be?
