Terminal Server Session on Vista Drops and Hangs

I Recently upgraded from xp pro to vista business. Ever since upgrading

when connected to servers via terminal server sessions my connection is

constantly hanging and dropping. It will usually pickup the dropped session

a minute or two later.

 

Also some servers dont load the login screen and only half load it, the

connection then gets disconnected saying "Your remote desktop session has

ended" These all worked fine on XP, is their any fixes which rectify this

issue? or a different option?
