Guest Wolfeymole Posted April 2, 2009 Posted April 2, 2009 Ok toss that crap in the bin. Now we must ask if the copy of XP Home you have, is installed already on your PC? Quote
BeeCeeBee Posted April 2, 2009 Posted April 2, 2009 just wanted to know why nothing will open on the system. Based on your IO.sys error my guess is that the last time this PC saw a legal system it was Windows 98. Quote "Familiarity breeds contempt - and children." Mark Twain

BeeCeeBee Posted April 4, 2009 Posted April 4, 2009 I am confused. Are you saying that you formatted your drive and installed a legal copy of XP and are still getting an IO.sys error? Quote "Familiarity breeds contempt - and children." Mark Twain
