Guest Norman Posted December 5, 2007 Posted December 5, 2007 I have never experience this before and wonder if someone know why. I search for tmp files and folders and find several in the fonts folder. But what is confusing is that if I open the fonts folder, they are not shown. Norman

Some recent malware installs itself in and uses the Fonts folder. -- Mike Maltby mike.maltby@gmail.com Norman <nthums1@comcast.net> wrote: > I have never experience this before and wonder if someone know why. Guest Norman Posted December 6, 2007 Posted December 6, 2007 Re: tmp files in Fonts Thanks Mike, I ran AdAware and Spybot, nothing found. I did that search again and they have now stopped showing up there. Best guess is that I had something going on that I decided to run a restore. Maybe I had what you suggest and the restore killed it. If they start showing up in the fonts folder via tmp search again I'll post back.
