Hi,

We have some Wyse S10 Thin Client. Nowadays they loose Terminal Server

connections continously. After 2-3 min.our client login to terminal server

via Wyse S10, termianl Server connections were broken.

Does anybody had this problem. Or Anybody have an idea baout that problem?

So they are able to establish a connection at first?

Any errors or warning in the EventLog on the server?

Do you have other clients on the same network which can connect

without problems to the same server?

Re: Wyse S10 Thin Client looses conenction continously

Exactly yes. I can connect first.

I don't see any error orwarning messges in EventLog.

Our other clients don't have a problem about that even other wyse thin

client model. Only Wyse S10 model clients have this problem

If you can pinpoint the problem to a specific model of thin

clients, and have eliminated problems with the network segment and

routers, then I would contact Wyse. Maybe there's a firmware update

available?

Re: Wyse S10 Thin Client looses conenction continously

We have some pinpoint now!

S10 have problem in NLB address. Such as, if I show NLB address to

conenct Terminal servers conenction problem occurs. But if I point a

specific Terminal server S10 thin client keeps connection.

So that, we think that NLB causes this problem.

Any idea?

We figured out that, after SP2 and latest patch updates of 2003

Terminal servers, this problem occurs. Is that can be a hint?
