hi..im completly pc illiterate so lol..ive got windows xp and thts as far as my knowledge goes..when i try to plug in my samsung e25o to ulpoad photos the pc turns off and i have to unplug it to get it back on..not much info i kno but any help wd be appreciated,,thanx:eek:

could it be a faulty cable? if i use (this is where my lack of knowledge comes in) a memory card usb adapter i think its called i have no problems transfering pics etc..its just a pain gettin behind the tower to unplug it

Have you tried it in a different USB port.

 

Sounds like either the cable or a faulty USB port.

Try a different cable then if it still does the same then you know the problem is elsewhere.
