I'm looking for something uber-cheap that will grab media off my asus wl700gE's built in HDD, and play it on my television.

 

I could Google, but I'm not exactly sure what these devices are actually called!

 

I just want something simple, that will go into my \User\Videos and \User\Music folder and grab anything I tell it to and stream it to my television. I've had my eye on stuff like this: http://www.inoi.com/English/hv355.asp but they're still pretty expensive and I'm just after something to stream; not store.
