slow and high cpu usage TS / Citrix server

Hello,

 

We have an HP DL360 dual (dual core) cpu server with Windows Server

Standard 2003 SP2 and all the latest patches and Citrix 4.0 with all the

latest patches.

There is Office 2003 with all the latest patches and a few other

software programs.

 

Since I upgraded the server to all the latest patches and SP2 we have a

problem with the cpu usage.

 

If there are a few users logged on the cpu usage will go to almost 100%

and the users can not do anything anymore.

 

There are no errors in any of the logs

 

Any help is welcome

Which process is using the CPU? Check in Task Manager.
