Terminal server wont let our users login

[Guest connor_a@hotmail.com]

Hi everyone,

 

Our users try to login to the terminal server. They enter their login

credentials and click OK to login but the terminal server just takes

them back to the term server login.

 

Has anyone seen this behaviour?

Any errors in the event viewer? Or you may need to reboot the TS. Please

post back with the result.

Thanks for the reply - will do... it might be time for a rebuild of

the termserv.

Rebuilding is the last step in resolving problems, because you can directly

step in the same trouble after rebuilding if the problem is not the TS. Better

look for errors like Robert asked before. Maybe someone changed something

without informing you.
