Internet problems

Hi, hope somebody can help as i am going nuts! When i use the internet, whatever browser i use keeps closing! I have tried using IE7, Mozilla and Opera. But whichever one i use, after a couple of minutes they encounter an error and close. Does anybody know what is causing this and how to solve this problem. Any help would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks.

I had the same problem a while back when ie7 was in the early stages and i tried to install it, it also caused my browsers to close with an error. i just decided to re-install windows cause i had alot of other problems too. So you can try to do a system restore to an earlier date too see if that resolves the problem.

Make sure you have an up-to-date virus and spyware sweep, first. Might save the hassle of reinstall.

Hello kind and generous people, I have an audio problem. My audio works fine except from the internet, I can get no audio when playing video off the internet. When I try to adjust the volume it tells me I have "No active mixer". Itunes, DVD's, and CD's all work fine its just the internet does not work. I have windows XP and have and the speaker icon on the bottom right when double clicked is what gives me the error message for the mixer. Thanks
