kev1000 Posted June 5, 2007 Posted June 5, 2007 Hi, hope somebody can help as i am going nuts! When i use the internet, whatever browser i use keeps closing! I have tried using IE7, Mozilla and Opera. But whichever one i use, after a couple of minutes they encounter an error and close. Does anybody know what is causing this and how to solve this problem. Any help would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks. Quote
maynardvdm Posted June 7, 2007 Posted June 7, 2007 Hi I had the same problem a while back when ie7 was in the early stages and i tried to install it, it also caused my browsers to close with an error. i just decided to re-install windows cause i had alot of other problems too. So you can try to do a system restore to an earlier date too see if that resolves the problem. Quote We are all members helping other members. andyhargreaves Posted June 7, 2007 Posted June 7, 2007 Hi Make sure you have an up-to-date virus and spyware sweep, first. Might save the hassle of reinstall. Andy Quote
jcarter Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 Hello kind and generous people, I have an audio problem. My audio works fine except from the internet, I can get no audio when playing video off the internet. When I try to adjust the volume it tells me I have "No active mixer". Itunes, DVD's, and CD's all work fine its just the internet does not work. I have windows XP and have and the speaker icon on the bottom right when double clicked is what gives me the error message for the mixer. Thanks Quote
