I need someone who can make an effective 16x16 favicon, preferably alpha-transparent, from this:

http://www.obsdewilgen.nl/images/logodewilgen.gif

Something based on the left part of the logo would be best I think. My own attempts all end up looking like crap.

The reward would be my eternal gratitude. :)
