Quick question regarding Outlook 2007. If users has offline caching

enabled in outlook, prior to moving to terminal server, would the

outlook install on the terminal server keep this "caching" setting

(causing profile error "copying offline files in the profile can cause

corruption").

Thanks!

Cached mode is controlled by the mail profile settings - the info doesn't

live in the mailbox - it won't even try.

Don't confuse Windows offline files with offline folders (cached mode) in

Outlook - they're different....and on TS, a) you can't use cached mode in

Outlook and b) I don't think you can use offline files and c) offline files

are best avoided anyway.

As Lanwech says, offline caching is not supported on TS.
