Event Log Does Not Show User

I recently moved my Windows 2003 Terminal Server to a new hardware platform.

Since then, none of the Event Log entries show the User corresponding to an

error. All entries show the user as NA.

 

My old terminal server used to show the User Name when there was an

application error.

 

Anybody have any ideas on what might be wrong?
