Windows 2003 Remote Desktop Connection Any Changes?

Until about a month ago we were able to connect to our server with

Remote Desktop Connection outside our network. Now we can only connect

if we are on the network. We use the full domain name of the server.

We have not change our firewall settings. Did they change the port

that RDC with a security update? Any ideas where to look for this

would be greatly appreciated.

Can you telnet the port 3389 from outside?
