Hello Pedro, If you would by R2 feature pack you can do it File server ressource manager. But it is an additional license. Or some third party software like File and Quota Sentinel. Also additional costs. You then publish this policy which says that all music files stored on server shares will be automatically deleted, without warning. Most users will comply immediately; those who don't will soon get the message. You now create a scheduled task on the server that does two things: 1. It copies all new music files from the shared area to a PC with a large hard disk. Remember - disks are cheap! 1. It deletes all music files from the shared area.

It's necessary a reboot? you will also need a valid product key for R2 and dependent from the version product activation may kick in. A reboot is necessary before you can use the R2 features. All R2 components are on the second CD. If you have no R2 Domain controller until now, you will have to run adprep from the second CD in folder \cmpnents\R2 as well to prepare the AD. Best greetings from Germany Olaf
