Guest Sleb Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 Hi, I am trying to deploy the office 2007 compatibility pack. I have an sbs 2003 and all computers are Windows XP. All users are domain users. For a reason I can't figure out, the .msi is not deploying. Everything worked fine in my lab. If I look at the event viewer, I only get the info that the modification of the installation setting have applied successfully (event id 308). Normally I should also have another eventid saying that it was installed but it's not there. I've tried to find how I could enable debug logging but only found the answer for windows 2000 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/249621 The registry entry is not there on sbs 2003. How can I enable degub logging to know why my .msi file is not deploying? Thanks
