I am getting the message when i go to use system restore as follows:* System Restore application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. What do i need to do...

 

ok when i open it up for details this is also what it says: This error report includes: information regarding the condition of system restore application when the problem occured; the operating system version and comptuer hardware in use; your digital product id, which could be used to identify your license; and the internet protocol (IP) address of your computer.

 

What else can i tell you?
