I/O problem with remote connections

Hi,

 

I've installed Terminal Server on a w2k3 machine. When two remote client are

connected, the server slows down and I can see that two srcss.exe processes

are "consuming" up to 7 MB/s of I/O.

 

I don't understand what it is and what to do to improve the situation...
