Alerting an Email Account when a Service Stops with Windows 2003

Is there a way in Windows 2003 Server to have an email sent out when a

service stops? Such as print spooler or things like that.

 

The server does also have Exchange on it if that helps.

You will need to create a bat file to do the emailing, and in the properties

of the service, select Recovery tab. Over there, confiugre it to run the

..bat file.
