Server Rebooting

Hello,

For some reason, on both of our DC's, when ever you choose to log off, the

server reboots. I have made sure that it is definitely log off I am pressing

and it also happens if one user is logged in and you log in with another

user, forcing a log off.

It also seems that it always happens when there is a reboot needed due to

updates. This could be coincidental though.

We are running Server 2003 Standard Edition Service Pack 2 on them both.

Thanks

Carl

Hello Woody140284,

Do you have any errors in the event viewer? Maybe a 6008 or 6009 event or

other.

Best regards

behalf of user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM for the following reason: No title for

this reason could be found

Reason Code: 0x80020002

Shutdown Type: restart

Then just message telling me things are going into a stopped state.

Thanks
