Hello i hav got a HP compaq nx9020 laptop and i do not know what the problem is! i turn the laptop on and the power turns on but the screen just stays black whats the problem ? :confused::confused::confused:

Either the screen is shot or some one's turned the brightness right down.

 

Have you tried hooking another monitor to it?
