Use Web Cam, Scanner, Multi Function Printer...

I have windows 2003 Terminal Server with XP RDP clients.

Is there a reliabe way (third party perhaps) to easily get printers and

other USB peripherals working?

I am trying to use Remote Desktop as a VPN replacement.

I would really like to beable to support webcams for instant messaging and

multi function printers.

Has anyone used screwdriver or products from http://www.remote-scan.com?

I am contantly adding printer drivers and only getting a 50/50 sucess rate

at that.

What are most people using?

Remote-Scan makes the only product I kinow of that supports cameras over

Terminal Services, but it does nothing for printers. There are plenty of

available 3rd party printing programs, the mot populat are bundled in Citrix

Presentation Server or Provision Networks Virtual Access Suite. There are

also standalone 3rd party printing products like Provision Networks Print-IT,

ThinPrint .Print RDP Engine, triCerat Simplify Printing, UniPrint...
