OUTLOOK HELP....

i HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RETREIVE MY NEW EMAILS AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO. THE ERROR MESSAGE SAID SOMETHING ABOUT THE NETWORK ALL NETWORKS ARE CONNECTED:confused:

2. What version of Outlook do you have or is this Outlook Express?

3. Has it ever worked?

4. What is your Internet Service Provider?

5. Is the email account through your provider?

 

Anything else you can think of to help add that information too please.
