Tootech Posted May 3, 2009 Posted May 3, 2009 Alot of branded PC's have a locked and customised BIOS. Laptops seem to even worse than dekstop PC's. What settings is it you want to change? Quote
bannik Posted May 4, 2009 Author Posted May 4, 2009 well actually someone mentioned that the bios could be a reason why my Graphics card doesnt work (my first ever thread, thanks for replaying by the way) like the power etc...so i thought that after i resete the password on my bios (which i forgot) then i could edit it and see if anything can be done so its not a particular change it just something i want to try.. my pc works perfectly apart from the lack of graphics card, i might buy a new one but i dont think the graphics card or anything on my pc is broken..... maybe a clean install... I4n Posted May 4, 2009 Posted May 4, 2009 Your reply is a bit confusing, if the PC is working, what do you want to do ? If your graphics card was not working then your PC would not be"working perfectly" as you say. Quote If it ain't broke.........
