IE won't connect to internet but firefox will

Hi all,

 

Here is my problem. I had a virus that was cleaned and removed. I then was receiving an error stating "Error loading dll 32 the specified module could not be found." I then ran a malware scanned and cleaned the infected files they found. The dll 32 error has since gone away but I still cannot connect to the internet with IE. I need to use IE for certain websites at work as they do not work in firefox. I really appreciate any help or advice you can give me!
