Unable to change "Enable Remote Desktop On this Computer"

We are running a Windows 2003 in a workgroup environment. As advised by

consultant, we just disable the "IE Enhanced Security" in Add / Remove

Programs.

 

Since then, we find that the checkbox next to "Enable Remote Desktop On This

Computer" is greyed out. On the other hand, we are still enable to use RDP

with Administrator as Login.

 

Is there any suggestion on how to fix this case ?
