Hl dt st dvdram gsa t20n DISC BROKE PLEASE HELP!!!?

 

hl dt st dvdram gsa t20n drive just suddenly stopped working, i have tried a restore and it wont work!!

 

it says

 

Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

 

Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available.

 

PLEASE HELP!!!

 

i downloaded a registry zip file and that still didnt work!!

Have a read of it, I think you may find you have been down the same road. Do take note of the last entry from Goku.

Try his method and reboot as he says.

Let us know if that helps.

If no luck after that it may be the drives electronics may have died. In which case it will be a new drive you will need.
