What access control options are built-into terminal server for W2K3 that

will prevent an outside contractor from leap frogging to other systems once

we give them access to our server/their app they support?

Thanks in advance.

User rights. Give them a user account which only has access rights on

the TS and nowhere else on the domain.

Also lockdown the server for this user so that they only see what they need

to see and only can do what they need to do.

Though it's not a built-in solution but you may take a look at the

RecordTS software (http://www.tsfactory.com). It will record

absolutely all activity of any outside contractor, so you will be able

to review contractor's activity anytime.
