hello all hope some one out there can help,

ive got a laptop and running xp home and have hit a big problem.ok every thing was ok at first but now when i click internet exsplorer it starts to come up and then disapears.ive tried every thing i can think of ie system restore but nothing works.ive checked that im connected to router but it says ok.ive also tried downloading regcure on my pc and burning to disc and tried to scan but same thing it flashes up on screen for a few seconds and then gone again.thank you for all that look and think they can help

Can you get onto the net by using any other browser Fencer?

 

Uninstall Regcure immediately also as it does you no favours.

 

Do you have the XP operating system disk to hand?

Hi Fencer

what version of internet explorer are you using.

If you are using version 7 or 8, try going to start>all programmes>accessories>system tools. choose "Internet Explorer (no-add -ons).

see if that allow IE to load.

if it does then we can disable the add on that is causing you the issue...

If not do you have your XP cd, we can re-install the original internet explorer then upgrade to the latest.
