Guest TagaR Posted December 18, 2007 Posted December 18, 2007 I have a w2k3 file server, a member server, contains mostly our shared documents with a lot of shares. The space is running out and my only option to create a bigger drive and move all of them to the new drive and then change the drive letter. Is there an easy way of recreating the shares and permissions. Thanks TagaR

Guest TagaR Posted December 18, 2007 Posted December 18, 2007 Re: Moving Shared Documents Thanks Robert. I have been using robocopy a lot. I know it can copy the security permissions too but then again the shares will have to be recreated if this is the only option. Any others? Thanks TagaR "Robert L.
