Please can someone help:

 

I have a HP desk PC. Drive C with windows on is partitioned with a D recovery partition. The C part has NFT files and the D part has Fat files.

 

My system needs a good clean and why like to know how to use the recovery drive to make all things clean

 

I do no have the Windows disk. How do I activate the recovery drive. Your help would be much appreciated

In Programs you will have an item called PC Help and Tools, with this you can make some Recovery disks that once made will allow you to take it back to factory condition.

Hello Kit. Please do exactly as Wolfey says and you should have a set of recovery discs to yourself. Another benefit of this method will be that it will back up your existing applications and settings and can thus serve as a reliable backup in the future. For detailed instructions on how to do so, please go here.

 

If you have already exhausted that option or cannot do it for some reason, you might want to consider buying a set of recovery discs to do the task. In that case, please look here for more information.
