it appears that a virus has taken over my login password and created its own account the account it has created is called ADMINISTRATOR could anyone help please:confused:

Have you tried going back to an earlier time by using a restore point when in Safe Mode?

Hello Pug. How did you conclude that the account was created by a virus? By default, there is a hidden Administrator account that is created at the time of installation of Windows. It might be that you recently stumbled across it or a virus simply made it visible. Please read the below article to know more about this.
