windows 10 Windows 10 Update Problems.

After updating my windows 10 some of my programs does not working anymore like personal systems etc.. and what i have notice is the applications like "Google Chrome" no has a duplicate "Google Chrome(1)" and all other non microsoft default applications has a duplicate also Microsoft Office is totally blank when you click it it saids "Application is not installed blah blah blah some **** like that". when i checked my programs there is nothing installed on it completely like anything totally blank.. What the hell is happening?..
