Help, I am running Windows XP using Firefox as my browser. The other day my surge protector shut down my computer while I was on line. Now I am unable to save any images with the "save as" option by right clicking. I have tried installing the latest version of Firefox but no help. However if I use Internet Explorer the "save as" works ok. Does anyone have a suggestion how to fix this problem ?

Hi

You can try to reset the downloads folder, click this link to be taken to the Firefox Mozilla Knowledge base which explains how to do it
