How to setup a Win2K3 DC as NTP (UDP) time source

I have some unix servers, may I know how can I enable this Windows DC as

NTP (UDP 123) time source server?

Since you han an AD, one of the (or the only) DC is also PDC.

That DC should be configured to synchronize with an external timeserver and configured to be "reliable", thereafter it will also be

internal time source server.
