Note that this probably isn't the best group for your question, as it isn't specific to Windows Server issues.

RDp setting For firewall, see if you can telnet into the port 3389 (default RDP port). Is the firewall enabled on the remote machine? Is 2003 the remote machine or are both computers 2003?
