could anyone explain this file what it is and what it does as iv'e 5 of them

that cant be deleted that are mostly resident after deleted or unused

programms that ive got rid of but can't delete folder because of this file?

 

pls could someone advise

Look on Google for "execnowindow.exe". If you need to know

more, state your operating system, keeping in mind that this is

a server group.
