Application on Mac OS

Hi Experts,

 

I am in need to develop a simple application(Personal calculator having some simple arithmetic calculation).

 

I googled this. I found a software labelled "REALbasic".

But this software costs 500 USD. So I am thinking of any other less expensive way of doing this.

 

And i have a plan to develop this in Windows and deploy into MaC Machine.

 

Please advice me on tools i need to use for my simple applcation.
