OK, I want to reinstall my Windows on my server, probably on a new harddisk, and I don't mind that much to have the services for http, FTP offline, however, I am also running a mailserver where I am receiving mail.

So I'd be interested in how to best do it, without turning off the mail server (or what to do about it) an hence preventing me from losing incoming mail (don't care about the spam though).

 

Any suggestions?
